Ingredient name and content: Makgeolli powder ( 100% rice), yeast Active dry yeast, glucoamylase, fructooligosaccharide.

How to make :
-Prepare 1.8 L of water.
-Pour 1 powder and 1 enzyme powder into the water.
-Use a whisk to stir evenly.
-Cover slightly and allow to age indoor water, You don't have to stir.
-A drink is being made throughout the day. When the fermentation begins by mixing the powder, micro-bubbles begin to rise.
-After about 10 hours, the bubbles disappear over time, and the sweetness becomes less and the rice wine becomes a makgeolli (Five 750ml bottles can be made per set).

Cancel/Return/Exchange
