Terms Of Service


These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred as CALD.
to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.


All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.


Payments are made in USD by global payment service Eximbay, which accepts various global credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay, and AMEX.
Payments via PayPal, Alipay, and WeChat Pay are also currently accepted and additional payment methods will be continuously added. (*Payments collected by "econtext" will be made in JPY)


CALD shall retain possession of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and payment is cleared.


Upon receipt of delivery, all risks related to the product pass onto the Customer.


Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, rather than a guarantee. Although it is our policy to try to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days, we aim for next working day delivery.
However, this cannot be guaranteed by any carrier.
Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you as soon as possible, when received from the manufacturer.
CALD cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer, or any other third party. When placing your order, you should receive an automatic order confirmation by email.
This will confirm the details of your order, but is in no way an acceptance of your order or a guarantee of supply.
Unless otherwise requested, all communication with you regarding the order by us will be through email.
It is imperative that you correctly state your email address in your order.
All orders are subject to security checking and stock availability.

We deliver to any location worldwide covered by major international postal services.
Orders will be shipped via delivery methods decided upon by Dabonea, the official logistics partner of CALD.
Orders delivered to addresses outside the Republic of Korea normally arrive within 3-14 days, but can occasionally take longer if delayed by customs or other conditions within the destination country.
All parcels are insured in transit. Delivery performance during busy times, such as Christmas, may be slightly slower.

3) Where goods have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging within the dates CALD and customers decide.
In the event of a damaged or lost parcel, CALD will forward a claim to the appropriate courier on the behalf of the customer.
CALD will liaise with the customer to replace or trace the missing item(s).
Failure to give accurate information while making a claim may lead to a prosecution from the courier company.


The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 7 days after their receipt the Customer shall have notified the seller that the goods are rejected.
If no such action has been taken, CALD shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our support team through contact us located at the bottom of our page and we’ll provide you with further instructions regarding the refund/return process and the amount you will be refunded.


Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched to our warehouse by the seller.
If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the return procedure cannot be processed.


If a customer wishes for their information to be removed from our database, this should be requested in writing at our registered office (please see below) or sent to our support team through the contact us link located at the bottom of our website.
Please note that credit card details are not retained.
Information stored by CALD will be limited to transaction history, name, contact number, address & e-mail address.
These may be used for marketing purposes by CALD.
Should any customer not want their details used for marketing purposes, please leave the relevant box unticked or submist a request to our support team through the contact us link located at the bottom of our page.

The Customer shall respect all license agreements delivered by the copyright owners.
caldstore.com cannot be held responsible or liable for any misuses conducted by the Customer or any third party.
All trademarks, graphics and pictures shown on caldstore.com belong to their registered owners and must not be copied or reproduced without prior permission.


These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with Korean Law.
Any person attempting to make fraudulent credit card transactions will be prosecuted with no exception.


1) Recipient (“User”) is fully responsible for any of customs duties and taxes such as Customs Taxes, Import Taxes and Value added Taxes, as well as for all other charges such as customs fee, service fee, administration fee and warehousing fee. Recipient is required to submit all documentation related to customs.
Customs duties vary by country. If you need additional information to avoid potential customs issues, contact local customs office.

2) If a package is refused by recipient due to customs issues including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documentation or any other related issues, we will not refund or reship any packages refused.

3) If there is any delay in customs clearance for more than 14 days as a result of the recipient’s error, items will be automatically returned to CALD. We will deduct all shipping fees as well as all other costs incurred during return process from the recipient’s refund. The amount after deduction will be credited to your original method of payment. It can take up to 30 days for us to process.


In the event of any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to any purchase made through caldstore.com, customer and seller (the parties) hereto shall consult and negotiate with each other and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a solution satisfactory to both parties.
If they do not reach settlement within a period of 30 days, then either party may, by notice to the other party and the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), request mediation under the Mediation Rules of the KCAB.
If settlement is not reached within 60 days after service of a written request for mediation, any unresolved controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this purchase shall be settled by arbitration administered by the KCAB under its International Arbitration Rules.
The place of arbitration shall be Seoul, Korea, and the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties.
The law governing this purchase shall be the laws of the Republic of Korea.

For security purposes, we provide a monitored online method of payment for credit cards issued by Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Unionpay, AMEX and other payment methods.
We do not record or store any credit card numbers, and all transactions are dealt with by the Payment Gateway Provider (Eximbay)—a leading secure online payment company using encrypted information on secure servers—which Shopify has assigned.
