[How to use it]

On hot packs:
How to Use a Microw
1. Heat it in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes and steam it on the affected area.
(Belt can be worn, steam can be applied for 1–2 hr, and heat can be kept warm)
Heat for 2 to 3 minutes when it is completely cooled, and heat for 1 to 2 minutes when there is some heat left.
3. Precaution: If you heat it in the stove for more than 3 minutes, the steam pack may be damaged, so please be punctual.

When applying cold packs:
2~3 hours
1. Put it in the freezer and use it.
2 If you want a cold pack, put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before using it.
3. Long-term freezing can be used for long-term cold packs.

Precautions

Please refrain from using it directly on the skin as much as possible.
