Directions of use:

Each jar comes with its own spoon.
Put one spoonful of this concentrated ginseng tea into a cup of hot water.
Add sugar or honey to taste. Stir well.
The above dosage is recommended to be taken first thing in the morning on empty stomach on daily basis. It can be taken last thing at night before retiring to bed. It is generally believed that ginseng has a cumulative effect and the effects build up gradually taking 15-45 days before the beneficial effects are felt.
It is advised to take 3 times a day with 18mg of ginsenoside.
