-There may be fine dots or prints.
-Thermal transfer method may result in a 1–2 mm square push (distortion). Also, the pattern may not fit or deviate a little when the lid is closed by working with the lid open.
- All cases are produced by Korean manufacturers. When printing, the film shrinks by heat, causing shading and monochromatic band slippage (distortion) or the thickness of the navy band in the body casing cannot be constant. The flexion of the webbing is not considered bad because it is inevitable due to the printing characteristics.
-Line and color may become lighter or pattern distortion may occur at edges with severe curves. Geometric patterns such as bands and circles can feel severe even if they are distorted a little. Due to the nature of the printing, it is inevitable, so no exchange or refund is possible.
-We enclose thick double-sided tape for wearing and fixing the lid. This can lead to free play. If you're sensitive, you can use thin double-sided tape on the market.

Customs and Import Taxes

Cancel/Return/Exchange

-You can cancel your order when your order status is on "Payment Complete", once the status is on "Shipping in Korea", your order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled.
-After the receipt of shipment, you cannot exchange or return items for any reason other than defective or damaged products.
-If your item is damaged or defective, please request a return or an exchange of your product by contacting us through My Orders with photos of the product within seven days of receipt of shipment.
