"Why is it better to take krill oil than fish oil?
Krill oil is made from small shrimp-like crustaceans that promote a healthy body and mind in humans. Since krill is at the bottom of the food chain, it is the purest source of Omega 3s, unlike fish oil which is usually derived from larger fish.
